Facilities not enough against rented amount
Pros:

location is good. No lift & parking. You have to be in dark if electricity goes off, no alternate facility. Old model furniture. Interior not standard. No room cleaning. However, staffs are okay.

Room size and interior not standard. Parking not available. No alternate facility if electricity goes off. Room did not clean.
