Five star stay, would definitely return
Pros:

Exceptional property, value for money, lovely friendly straff, special mention for Andreas, would class as Michelon Star worthy for evening meal and their Sommelier, David, was excellent, breakfast chef was also excellent, husband loved the Omletes cooked to order, my fried eggs were excellent although would have preferred poached

Siamo rimasti davvero delusi dal comportamento avuto nell’hotel. Avevamo prenotato e pagato due notti, ma il giorno prima abbiamo chiesto di poter avere un rimborso, anche solo parziale, perché viaggiando in moto eravamo costretti a partire in anticipo a causa delle previsioni del tempo: ci aspettavano tre giorni di pioggia continua.

La direttrice (o proprietaria) dell’hotel non ha voluto concedere nessun rimborso. Una situazione del genere non ci era mai capitata prima e riteniamo che non sia corretto. Viaggiamo molto e, ovunque siamo stati, ci è sempre stato riconosciuto un gesto di comprensione in circostanze particolari. In questo caso, invece, ci aspettavamo un minimo di disponibilità vista la natura imprevista della situazione.
