Small rooms. Also weird: working kitchen but no utensils, bowls, etc
Auch hier haben wir zum 2. Mal diese Unterkunft gebucht, da sie für uns sehr zentral gelegen ist, da wir uns auf der Heimfahrt nach Deutschland befanden.
Die Anmeldung an der Rezeption fand sogar in deutscher Sprache statt, was ich sehr begrüßt habe.
Diese Unterkunft würde ich immer wieder buchen und kann sie daher auch weiterempfehlen!!

Nostalgisch ski-hotel maar ook goed verblijf voor fietsers en downhillers.
Fietsen naar Maribor langs de rivier is erg leuk.
Overal fiets je veilig qua fietspaden
Ouderwets ingerichte kamers maar past goed bij de nostalgische sfeer van het hotel.
Doordat wij op de 2e etage sliepen was het plafond in onze badkamer schuin waardoor we de handdouche los moesten gebruiken.
Voor ons was dit geen probleem.
I have never experienced such an appalling and humiliating attitude from someone claiming to be the manager and owner of a hotel.
During breakfast, this man confronted me in front of my family and other hotel guests, loudly accusing me of behaving as if I were some kind of fraudster simply because I had entered the breakfast area while there was a dispute about whether breakfast was included in my reservation.
Instead of handling the situation professionally and discreetly, he chose to turn it into a public spectacle.
The confrontation continued at reception, where his behaviour became even more unacceptable. He spoke to me in a degrading and aggressive manner, humiliated and discredited me in front of my family and other guests, told me to leave “his hotel” and then cancelled my reservation.
This was not customer service. It was an extraordinary display of hostility, arrogance and complete lack of self-control from a person who supposedly runs a hospitality business.
I did not allow his behaviour to intimidate me and I remained until the end of my stay.
My advice to future guests: the hotel itself may be pleasant, and Maribor and the surrounding resort are absolutely wonderful, but I strongly recommend avoiding any unnecessary interaction with this individual. His behaviour was so irrational and confrontational that the entire experience felt surreal.
Everything else was pleasant. The destination is beautiful.
Unfortunately, one person's behaviour was enough to turn what should have been a relaxing family stay into one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I have ever had.
I would never return to TERANO URBAN LODGE – MARIBOR, and I cannot recommend a hotel where a guest can be publicly humiliated and thrown out over a breakfast dispute.
