I left after 2 nights and moved to a quieter hotel on the main road. If you have bad knees I would suggest looking elsew
Pros:

My room was on the 2nd floor, the stairs were a long single flight of stairs that made is feel like I was climbing three floors.
Thank God I didn’t have a room on their 3rd floor, another flight would have done me in.
Staff was nice, Aircon blew cold but the water pressure was very poor.
My room was facing towards some houses in the back, the roosters were up with their calling at 3:30am. Even though the window was closed, single pane windows made it appear they were actually wide open.
Not a peaceful sleep after 3:30am. 😢

Cons:

The room is not the same from the photos, it’s bad, no lift, the room was dark, tv not working and the bathroom has foul odor. The booking conversion in the app is only 1,300 but they charge 1600 in the reception.

We did not cancel anymore our stay because we will pay for the total amount. But if we had our way, we would have cancel

Accommodating staff. They Responded well to our queries and request. Even helped us book tickets going home

Cons:

The pictures of the room if way different from the actual room. The room and bathroom needs cleaning. There’s no hot shower, not even a shower curtain. There are cobwebs in the room, the AC needs cleaning.

We are not satisfied during our stay

Rooms that shows on the bookings was not the same. The family room that I booked should be 3 beds which is indicated and you show it on your page but you gave me only 2 beds and the single room should be queen size but you gave 2 single bed and we cant use the toilet because there is no water in the middle of the night until 5am so I need to go downstairs to ask your staff and he said he needs to turn it on the water and the water coming out from the shower and sink was so little and one more thing you dont have elevator for PWD we have a friend that is PWD having a hard time to walk going up and down on the stairs and also your wifi was so weak and lastly you are asking more price which is different to the amount that I booked on your page. I am really sorry but we had a bad experienced in your hotel and I hope my negative feedback will help you. Thank you. 👍

Fair for its price
Pros:

its location and accessibility. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

there was no much of complementary, no generator during power cut, no available intercom within the room or even within the floor so we need to take the stairs going down everytime we have concerns. The hotel has no available room for safe keeping of guests baggages in case the guests arrive early of the check in time or leaving late after the check in time.
