Very nice staff and delicious breakfast!!
Service 5 : good and friendly
Room 3-4:
reasonable size, clean and comfortable. 2 issues to consider, you can’t open the window and there is fragrance smell that we didn’t use to or like, shower is clean and comfy but very low water stream )room 303)
Location:
Can’t say much except it’s looks remote from our point of view with limited options to dine or go out in the evening.
It’s adjacent to neighborhood (se picture) that I would recommend to check before coming. We felt safe in day time.
Cleanness 4-5: except of fragrance smell it was perfectly clean.
It looks like wedding party resort so you may have the experience of participating one but it might be noisy as well.
Overall we had good experience, and considered good value for money (5000 rupees a night)
Clean, spacious rooms
Location is slightly far from the main ghat area
Suites room we’re in rundown position
Toilet door and furniture was rundown and old
It is good property clean and with very goad staff
No hot water in room very limited breakfast

Our family found Brijwasi Lands Inn to be a fantastic hotel. Centrally located. High quality rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay at Brijwasi Lands Inn. Also when we got into a peoblem, the manager Mr Pankaj personally took interest to help us out. We made a trip to Gokul Krishna temple and then some of the prists forced us into making a donation of over Rs. 1,10,000 /-. When we go back and we were exploring how to get a refund of this, Mr Pankaj actually used his personal network to get the donation refunded from the Gokul temple. I am really grateful to Mr. Pankaj and Brijwasi Lands Inn for providing timely assistance.
I recently stayed at Brijwasi Lands Inn in Mathura, and I regret to say it was a frustrating experience. We booked a suite and an elite room for four people on the same floor through Booking.com. Upon check-in, however, we were informed that our original rooms were unavailable and were instead downgraded to two elite rooms, which was far from ideal.
The first set of rooms had serious issues: neither had a working fridge, and the water supply in the washrooms was inadequate. After an hour of back and forth, we were finally moved to a suite and an elite room on the same floor as we had originally booked. While the water supply was improved, the fridge was still not operational. Although the staff were kind enough to address the issue, the entire process took us until midnight to resolve.
The next morning, I experienced a shocking incident. While I was in the shower, I heard someone open my room door. When I called the reception, they initially downplayed it. About half an hour later, a receptionist named Anshu informed me that a member of the housekeeping staff had tried to enter my room, which raised serious security concerns. I had locked the door, and when I insisted on a demonstration, it turned out that the master key could indeed open a double-locked door—something I was assured was impossible. Anshu promised to investigate further.
While waiting in the lobby to view the CCTV footage, I noticed hotel staff casually carrying master keys, which added to my unease. Eventually, I learned that it was Anshu himself who had attempted to enter my room. While I wasn’t angry, I was unsettled and disappointed that I had lost several hours of my trip dealing with this chaos.
When I asked for a complete refund due to the numerous issues, I was met with resistance. They acknowledged the mishap but refused to provide a full refund, only promising a partial one that I am still waiting for.
In summary, my experience at Brijwasi Lands Inn was far from what I expected, especially while traveling with family to a holy place. Time is precious, and we didn’t come here to deal with hotel management issues. I strongly recommend considering other accommodations if you want to avoid the hassles we faced.
