The room was preary clean, warm and cozy.

Cons:

The staff in the restaurant was not so pleasant. When I went there for dinner, despite the receptionist told me that I can have dinner the waiter was rude that I showed up. The table where I was seated was not clean, they didn't get me a menu, the waiter recited the dinner menu to me. All in all i didn't like the way they treated me in the restaurant.

Pros:

the location next to the ski lift is the only reason to go there. Breakfast is ok, funny the whole cans of tuna on offer

Cons:

Apart from not having been aware of my reservation with booking.com and the reception hardly ever occupied, the room reminds of a student dormitory: so small the cupboard cant be opened; similar in the bathroom where the mirror cupboard cant be opened without taking the hairdryer off the hook. Once open you want to immediately close it again as the inside is dirty with dead insects. The rest of the room isn't exactly clean either. Rooms are not made up during your stay.

Location, friendly staff, breakfast

Cons:

Poor service- room was not made up for a 2 night stay, no new towels and nothing provided. Beware there’s no parking provided so you need to find a parking in the main square together with all the ski center clients.
Staff is very friendly but the hotel is definitely understaffed.
Food wise, breakfast was decent. However the restaurant quality was awful. A dish called Grilled mushrooms was actually warmed up canned mushrooms (attached picture)
