The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was fresh, high-quality, and offered a wide variety of options. The pastries were especially outstanding! perfectly fresh, soft, and delicious. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, with clean, fresh air, making the stay truly relaxing and enjoyable.

Cons:

The only minor issue we experienced was with the shower, where adjusting the temperature was a bit difficult due to the low water pressure, and the water tended to fluctuate unpredictably between cold and hot.

Perfekt für jedermann.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Frühstück war für uns ausreichend gut. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt bei Burghausen perfekt für Ausflüge. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Pros:

War wie immer hervorragend. Zimmer sehe schön, Gastronomie ausgezeichnet, Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und motiviert. Alles auf Top-Niveau. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ganz tolle MitarbeiterInnen, vorallem in der Bar eine tolle Dame!
Endlich mal komplett abzudunkelnde Fenster.
Öffentliche Ladestationen am Parkplatz.

Cons:

Die Zimmer können hier und da etwas renoviert werden. Z.B. der Teppich in den Zimmern.

Nettes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal - empfehlenswert
Pros:

Überzeugt hat uns der freundliche Empfang und die Flexibilität bei einem Zimmerwechsel. Es war eine Veranstaltung im Haus und unser ursprüngliches Zimmer lag ungünstig. Insgesamt alles sehr überzeugend. Danke.

Gute Zimmer mit hoher Schlafqualität. Leider unfreundliche Chefin und Küchengeruch im gesamten Haus.

Zimmer war gemütlich und ruhig. Angenehme Nachtruhe sehr gut...

Cons:

Mitarbeiterin (Chefin) war eher unfreundlich. Keine Verabschiedung, obwohl wir gesehen wurden, niemand kam zum Checkout, beim Frühstück "übersiedelten wir das Gedeck" selbst. Zudem war im gesamten Haus ein sehr unangenehmer Küchengeruch zu vernehmen.
