La ubicación es maravillosa, a pie de playa, puedes ir andando a Coconut Rock y a Parrot rock. En el hotel te dejan gafas para hacer snorkel y puedes ver a los pescadores en la playa. El desayuno es estupendo, super completo y casero. Puedes ver el horno donde preparan el pan la noche anterior y el restaurante ofrece platos del día variados. La habitación tiene un buen aire acondicionado. Nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más tiempo!

Lovely staff, excellent location, cool rooms and bar
Pros:

The location is fantastic, right on the beach where you can swim and snorkel. The staff were lovely and welcoming, giving the kids free treats. The room was super cool and cosy with a beachy bohemian vibe, balcony overlooking the water. The breakfasts were also great, giving the option of a continental style or Sri Lankan breakfast, all made there and both with fresh fruit and baked goods.

Cons:

Nothing, it was great. Would go back.

Fabulous!
Pros:

We had the most wonderful stay! We were upgraded to beautiful rooms with balconies overlooking the beach. The breakfast spread was absolutely 💯 delicious. All staff were so friendly and kind. The location of the resort is perfect as it is right on the beach and not far from eateries. Thank you Turtle Bay for a memorable stay ❤️

Ich würde dieses Hotel aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten hier das beste Frühstück in Sri Lanka. Auch die Lage am Strand und der Blick aufs Meer heben dieses Hotel besonders hervor. Zudem haben wir eine kostenlose Schnorchel Ausrüstung zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen.

Cons:

Abends waren relativ viele Mücken im Restaurant, allerdings hat uns das Personal Mückenspray zur Verfügung gestellt.

The owner and staff were excellent very helpful.They provided snorkel gear for free and supplied some top tips where to see Turtles. Relaxed and engaging place to stay.

Very nice hotel. Worth evey penny.
Pros:

Location of this hotel is just superb. Beach-front -- just on Turtle beach. Very close to other tourist sites. Our room was clean and had all necessary amenities. the bathroom was clean and descent. Running hot water was available. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. They offered beach activities like snorkeling and swimming with Turtles. Overall we had a good stay and will come back if we ever re-visit Mirissa.

Cons:

The mosquito nets in our room was a bit dirty and needs proper washing. Some areas had black stains or probably fungal mold.
The in-house restaurant is over-priced i think for their drinks and snacks. Could be cheaper.

Pros:

We had an amazing time at turtle bay beach resort especially with the host Nikini as she was amazing. During our stay they have kindly upgraded our room to a sea view suit without any additional extra charge.

I cannot speak about how delicious the breakfast was especially the Srilanka one!!
They were even kind enough to hold our 6 months old baby while we were having our breakfast.

During our checkout they gave us a Ceylon black tea as a gift.

All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay, from the rooms, to the food, to the hospitality. Will definitely come back again!!

Pros:

Amazing location, very nice staff and nice food. The family room was huge, with such a nice seaside view from the balcony.

Cons:

The room was smelly, maybe from humidity, maybe something else. This should really be checked by the staff, as it was quite strong. Other than that however the place was amazing, and we were anyway only in the room for sleeping.
