A well located oasis in a sea of activity.
Pros:

Brilliant location, tranquility in what can be a busy area. We had a balcony which made for a great place to relax.
Easy access to the beach.
Kettle and fridge in the room.
Amazingly friendly and helpful staff who served great food.
Very attentive to our needs

Cons:

Nothing, would thoroughly recommend the place.

A clean, happy place a short walk from the beach. Lovely! 🥰
Pros:

Large comfortable, light room with a clean bathroom. I was upstairs and had my own sunny verandah which was so nice. The garden and courtyard is also a nice place to relax.
The hosts were friendly and made a good breakfast every day. They helped me with a tuk tuk ride to my bus when I was leaving.

Cons:

My phone charger/converter that has worked all over Asia didn’t fit the power points but they loaned me one that worked in their power points so it was all good!

Pros:

Wonderful stay at Mirissa, really nice host . Room was good and spacious. They responded immediately to any of our problem. Very yummy variety of breakfast and provided good variety for vegetarian srilankan option too. I also did booking for whale watching with them. Very good experience. The owners little kid was really cute . We also cooked food one time in there kitchen when we didn't feel like going out. Really good option , 5 min walk from the beach .

Pros:

Die Betreiberfamilie ist sehr freundlich, umsorgend und hilfsbereit. Es wurden uns zwei Mal TukTuk Fahrten angeboten zu guten Preisen für unsere Ausflüge nach Galle und zu einer Zimtplantage. Das Frühstück (SriLanka-Style) war sehr lecker, reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Pros:

Dilki and her family were so amazing. The breakfast was outstanding, their dog Dora was the sweetest, and the facilities (with hot showers, Ac, a fridge, and balcony) were perfect. Taking a break from lively hostels this stay was exactly what we needed, and our expectations were exceeded!! Would recommend to anyone, especially budget backpackers who need a few nights rest near main attractions like Mirissa Beach and Secret Beach. Thank you Dilki 🥰

Overall a pleasant stay with good hospitality and a peaceful atmosphere. Good value for money.
Pros:

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The property is an older building but it is well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good and freshly prepared. The hosts were kind enough to come and receive us and help with the luggage since vehicles cannot reach directly to the property.

Cons:

The property is located a bit inside and can be difficult to find at night.

Everything was good, breakfast was amazing, host was lovely and helpful
Pros:

Big room, AC, everything you need. Also the balcony is nice surrounded by green and nature :)
Breakfast is included and you can choose between western and Sri Lankan breakfast. If you can wrap your head around having curry for breakfast, definitely take the Sri Lankan option. So worth it, especially the coconut pancakes!

Pros:

We had an amazing time! The owner is a really nice woman, who always helped us! The breakfast was simple but really delicious and a quite big portion. The rooms were really clean and had everything we needed. The beds are also really comfortable!
The accommodation is walking distance to the beach, which is so nice!!
We liked it so much that we booked 2 more nights!

Pros:

The room was clean and tidy, with a new air conditioning unit. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and we didn’t have any problem communicating with them for a late check-in and early check-out.And the breakfast was well made and tasty.
