номер ок. был хороший вид на горы на третьем этаже. в принципе, чистый и приличный номер с намеком на арт-дизайн, но ремонт комнаты грубоватый, если присматриваться. в номерах вода постоянная в большой бутылке, на первом этаже постоянный горячий кофе

сотрудник с приказа владельца заставил нас отменить бронь на Booking com. шантажировал, что изменит номер на первый этаж. хотя уже заселил нас, и мы выбрали номера. очень печальная вышла история.
в номере убрать бы ковры грязные, их никогда не мыли. не хватало сейфа и завтраков (хотя в описании к номеру было, что к каждой брони завтраки входят)

A wonderful and relaxing stay — would definitely come back!

The property was absolutely beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I loved the design and the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable

NIET BOEKEN, er zijn zo veel mooie accommodaties, deze is daar niet een van.

Niets, deze plek was mega vies.

Cons:

Alles. Wij zijn vertrokken, vieze kamers. Gehele badkamer zat vol met rode mieren. Kregen uiteindelijk een nieuwe kamer, hier kon de deur niet opslot. Staf wilde ons hiervoor beschuldigen. Wij hebben gevraagd om ons geld terug te krijgen (voor 2 nachten, wij wilde best de eerste nacht betalen) aangezien we bij binnenkomst gelijk een pinautomaat onder onze neus gedrukt werd, baas werd hiervoor gebeld maar die lachte ons gewoon uit en was heel onbeleefd.

Pros:

Great view on the palmtree forest. The room is colourful and quite spacious. Bathroom looks great. The location is up the hill, near the beach and restaurants but away from most noise. They provide separate beach towels. Towels can be changed when asked. AC works good but blows straight onto the bed.

Cons:

The corridor wall is made of glass so you have to keep the curtains closed all the time. Not very clean. Lots of ants. Room was not cleaned during our 1 week stay. 5th floor sunset rooftop lounge has a lot of potential but right now there are some unwiped chairs and an empty bar.
