Helpful staff, big modern room, amazing view, lovely breakfast - would recommend staying here
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast suitable for vegetarians, great size room with an amazing view from balcony. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. First place I’ve stayed in Sri Lanka that provided iron board and iron which was a lovely touch.

Une suite très spacieuse avec des vues magnifiques sur la mer et la montagne
Pros:

Le logement est très spacieux avec une pièce principale et 2 chambres avec chacune une salle de bain
Les vues sur la mer d'un côté et sur la montagne de l'autre sont splendides et sont un atout pour cet hôtel.
Son emplacement est idéal car proche de la plage mais en retrait de la route ce qui permet d'être au calme.
Le prêt de serviettes pour la plage est très appréciable.
Le petit déjeuner est bon et son emplacement sur le rooftop est très agréable.

Cons:

Il faudrait prévoir des rideaux occultants car ceux installés ne sont pas suffisants pour les chambres.
La propreté du logement pourrait être plus rigoureuse et les finitions plus soignées.

В целом, можно остановиться здесь на 2 ночи
Pros:

Вид из номера просто восхитительный! Но, на этом все.

Cons:

Кондиционер не справляется с задачей, пришли работники, что-то сделали, но ничего не изменилось)
WI-FI не работает совсем
В соседнем отеле что-то строят, поэтому шумно
Розетки работают очень плохо.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. The location was ok. Nice view of the hills at the back of the hotel, and you could actually see the sea if you looked out of the side windows.

Cons:

1.Room we booked was not available so we were given an "upgrade" room which we had already looked at before booking and decided we did not want.
2. The suite we were given had floor to ceiling glass walls on three of the four walls. The room had no AC so it was boiling hot and unusable.
3. The bedroom also had a floor to ceiling window with just a very thin curtain which would have made the room to bright to sleep in after surprise. Staff kindly try to remedy this by adding another curtain on top. Thankfully the bedroom had AC to keep it cool.
4. We were accused of stealing the hairdryer by a member of staff when we left. I told the staff member the room never had one and he was welcome to search our bags if he wanted to. He spent 10 minutes trying to talk with the owner before we were allowed to leave.
5. The room was not serviced at all during our four night stay. This meant that waste paper from the toilet was left there for four days!
6. Often there were no staff there, and the old guy that was there at times could not really speak English so it was difficult to communicate.
7. The quality if the workmanship in the building was questionable. Door handles made of metal buildind conduit, vinyl floor on the stairway landing all rippled, bodged work in the shower area.
8. Don't think it was very good value for the money.
