Lage mitten am Marktlatz. Schlicht und modern eingerichtet.

Das Kein Personal vor Ort war,der Schlüssel zur freien Verfügung samt meiner privaten Daten für jederMann/Frau einsehenbar waren.Jeder konnte sehen dad FrauXY heute in diesem Hotel übernachtet und auch welches Zimmer ich habe :/

Zimmer teilweise stilisch renoviert, aber ein nicht renoviertes Zimmer bekommen

Cons:

über 1 Stunde gewartet, um nach einem Telefonat den richtigen Zimmerschlüssel zu bekommen
nie jemanden vom Hotelpersonal persönlich angetroffen
es wurde kein Frühstück angeboten

The beds were comfortable but we had to remove the plastic linen that was wrapped over the mattress and the topper
because it caused us to sweat a lot. Once removed the bed was fine.

Horrible experience, the hotel is in renovation and without staff
Cons:

No receptionist and staff. The hotel is in renovation. We had to enter through a gate in construction pulling our luggage in the mug... We had to take all our things up to third floor without lift. The hotel was without heating system and outside was 5 degrees... The room was not the one described on Booking.com with dine space and oven. When I complained at check out, the lady told me that the room I mentioned is in bed & breakfast. Who cares where is? I booked that room and I didnt get it... I asked how the hotel will compensate the damage and the fact that what is advertised on the website is not true. The answer was: "do you want to pay with credit card?". The most horrible experience ever in a hotel in Germany. Dont go. Stay away of this place. I understand renovation is needed, but they must have respect for customers and not lie to them. This is a cheating. I want my money back. I want the compensation for what I paid and what I didnt get!
