Pros:

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, ils sont serviables et à l'écoute. Il faut juste demander et tu seras parfaitement et soigneusement servi
L'emplacement est excellent avec accès direct au centro sans que tu sois dérangé par le bruit et la foule du centre. L'emplacement permet d'assurer un confort et un calme le soir et même courant la journée
Hôtel est proche aussi de la station de métro
L'hôtel est propre, la chambre aussi
Le petit déjeuner est correct

Pros:

Breakfast: limited choice of meals, but all of good quality, well organized. It is particularly convenient that coffee-tea was available at the reception/dining room round the clock

Cons:

A bit too Spartan equipment. Something that makes the room more cosy would be useful. Having a wash basin in the room rather than in a bathroom is a dubious idea

Clean hotel
Pros:

It is an okay hotel. Clean and hospitable staff. I liked the eco friendly amenity of offering a free breakfast in exchange for housekeeping. Breakfast was serviceable with lots of meats/cheeses, breads and some pastries, yogurt and cereal (though the eggs were off-color).

Cons:

The furnishings in the room are a little stark and furniture is sparse. (e.g. no extra chairs or tables). Everything is white with no other color or decor. The hotel overlooks a busy street and we couldn't keep the window open to add some fresh air because of the noise. A fan would help.
