Design of the room
Wonderful hotel. Beds are super comfortable, loved the essential oil diffusers in the rooms. Nice bar and restaurant, warm and professional staff. Quick uber ride to centro or a nice walk. Quiet and restful.
Wish we could have stayed longer.
The property is kept in excellent condition. The cleaning service was wonderful - they clean the floor and add aromatherapy each day. The beds are so comfortable! The staff is friendly and there to help with anything you might need. The breakfast is delicious and the breakfast room is beautiful.
We have no complaints.

The location
Was not really close to the town center but was convenient for driving
Beautiful property, comfortable room, great service. Excellent restaurant. Very interesting art work
All positive
The rooms were really comfortable and spacious. The decor was also lovely. The staff were very attentive and obliging. Our sons’ air conditioner stopped working so they helped them to change rooms. The breakfast which was included was delicious. The exterior of the hotel is beautiful for photos. Parking was free and easy.
No coffee making facilities in the room. A little far out from the main centre. It’s very easy to catch an Uber. There are no nearby restaurants or shops. The in house restaurant is very pleasant though. The window coverings were a little bit light and didn’t really keep the room dark at night.
A hidden gem in the heart of Paseo de Montejo. We had the Junior Suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and made us feel very at home. The choice and quality of breakfast is second to none. The newly opened restaurant for dinner is highly recommended. It was truly an amazing holiday in Merida made special by our stay in this boutique hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The water pressure could be slightly stronger.
The property is located on Merida’s historic Paseo Montejo with quick and easy access to all Merida’s major attractions. The rooms are exceedingly comfortable, with an ultra attentive staff. And the decor of the hotel combines the Old World ambience of Colonial Merida to all modern amenities. I rank the experience far superior to an American Chain Hotel. Consider it the ideal place to relax and unwind. To forget about the world.
I would like the restaurant to expand its menu. The dishes served were very well done. But the dinner menu is limited.
There was a full breakfast menu and all of the food I tried was delicious. The staff bent over backwards to assist in any way they could. The chef made me special little dishes when he knew I might be hungry (I was working during the day at a table outside). The room was very spaceous and the bathroom was lovely and bright. This hotel only has 8 rooms so there wasn't really a dinner option there, however the chef did stay until 7 on a couple of nights and was kind enough to prepare me a little dinner.
The location was not really within walking distance to anything intereting, but the one restaurant I did try (about a 15 minute walk) Kuuk, was amazing. Perhaps the one thing I would warn people - the air conditioner in the room is really loud. They did their best to try to alter the settings, but it didn't help much. Even with earplugs, it was difficult to fall asleep with the noise. If you're not bothered by this, then the room is amazing.
Bas smell. Very strange breakfast deal. The room couldn’t get completely dark as the lights of the corridor went through the window.
Very clean property and courteous staff.
rooms can be a little bright at night.
