Me encantó un excelente lugar
La ubicación estaba un poco complicado
el estacionamiento, el cuarto, la atencion
que una de las entradas de acceso estaba en reparacion pero fuera de eso bien
Fue cómodo, tranquilo, limpio, creo que lo que más me gustó fue dormir, el colchón era suave y firme, quisiera saber que colchón es.
Solo un comentario, la tv es un poco lenta y el control casi no servía, pero pues mi estancia no fue para ver la tv. Fuera de eso todo bien.
Todo la atención el lugar es increíble mucha paz lo recomiendo

Absolutely nothing. There is cat and / or animal feces all over the grounds of the property.
The unsanitary conditions of the property. Animal feces covering the grounds of this property and a cat in my hotel room. When I contacted the off-site property owner she stated she would process a refund for my situation and as of yet that has not happened and she has not responded to booking.com attempts to contact her.
They gave me my money back no questions asked.
Upon arrival we were greeted by a young man who smelled like sperm with no shirt on, the dogs also greeted us and as we stepped out of the car there was dog poop everywhere, which I stepped in. Moving on... the main entrance was not swept and as we went to our room the hallway was not swept and our room had been cleaned probably weeks before, it was clean but not recently, as lizard poops were on the floor around the room. The pool was not clean. So everything I had come for was shattered immediately and I asked to talk to the owner of manager. I showed them my room and told them everything shown in the pictures is misrepresented and the pool is not clean... They gave me my money back no questions asked. We left immediately.
The room was extremely nice and spacious. My hosts were very warm and inviting and assisted promptly whenever I had a request. My favorite part of the room was the bathroom, with a giant jacuzzi tub and shower. Very clean, and close to a nice grocery store and restaurants while still being very quiet and tranquil. I definitely recommend staying here!
I didn’t like that when I called it was said that I could book through booking.com than when I arrived I was told the booking.com that listed the hotel was fake
Their casa is absolutely amazing. The courtyard with pool and a greenery is just made for relaxing and enjoying outdoors.
The interior of the casa is also a spectacular piece of construction.
In terms of location, being almost in the middle between the north part of Merida and Progreso beaches is just perfect.
There is nothing to dislike.

They didn't let me in the property, told me to cancel my booking, when I was already outside of their building. They could contact me about it for 5 months, since I've made my booking very early.
The staff is great! Very kind and always willing to assist you in any matter!
Facilities are awesome! It feels like a perfect spot to relax, reflex and find yourself with armony and in balance.
It is a beautiful house with nice garden, lovely details and a lot of space. Took my time to go around and admire it
