少々古い感はありますが、宿泊費の安さを考えればよいホテルです。
Pros:

駅近でホテルまでアーケード下を移動できるので、雨の日でも濡れずに移動できます。
直ぐ近くにコンビニ、スーパー、飲み屋街もあるので、買い物、飲みにも便利です。
フロントスタッフの方は丁寧に対応していただけましたし、ちょうど雨が降り出したので、傘の貸し出しもしてもらえたのも良かったです。

Cons:

部屋の床面があまりきれいでなく、掃除の徹底をして欲しかった。
