Good venue to stay for a short time when you arrive from overseas before starting of your tour.
Pros:

Quietness and the convenience to relax after arriving from a long trip.
From the lovely driver who picked us from the airport, reception staff Sahindu and Prince to restaurant employees Ashoka ( I think) was very helpful and showed Sri Lankan hospitality.

Cons:

Room temperature was a difficult to control as it stayed warm and made it slightly uncomfortable.

Excellent facilities and very welcome staff
Pros:

The friendly staff. The food - delicious & fresh. The pool - very clean and well kept. The room was very spacious, clean, & comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the Sri Lankan breakfast.

Cons:

We genuinely liked everything.

Hidden gem in Negombo
Pros:

The staff were amazing and treated us like royalty. A big thank you to Prince and Amila and the other gentleman from our breakfast service.

Good bed and clean facilities.

Cons:

The shower took ages for the heat to come through. Maybe bed a valve looked at?

Das Hotel war nah am Flughafen und der Abholservice hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Wir sind früh am Morgen gelandet und waren bereits um 10 Uhr im Hotel. Das Hotel war eigentlich leer, trotzdem sagte uns das Personal, dass wir extra zahlen müssen, wenn wir sofort ins Zimmer möchten, da der Check-in erst ab 14 Uhr möglich sei. Das fanden wir wirklich lächerlich und sehr dreist. Aus diesem Grund würden wir dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen.

A wonderful 2-day break before beginning a 14-day tour. Well recommended.
Pros:

Well-located hotel, competitively priced, which had all the facilities we needed for our 2-day stay. Staff were great and the food at the restaurants was tasty and well-priced. The one feature we enjoyed the most was the shuttle service to the hotel which picked us up at the airport in the early hours of the morning. After long flights, it was greatly appreciated. We would happily stay here again.

Nice place to stay after a long flight. Airport shuttle service was seamless, despite our many flight cancellations & changes. They were happy to accommodate a very late arrival.

これまでに何度か利用させていただいていますが、空港送迎がとてもありがたいです。部屋とバスルームが清潔で、長時間のフライトでもゆっくりくつろげました。
また、マネージャーのPrinceがとても親切です。
携帯電話の充電用の変圧器がなくて困っていたところ、変圧器を貸していただいた上に、プレゼントまでしてくださり、とても感謝しています。
長旅を癒やす最適な宿で、スリランカを訪れる際にはぜひまた利用したいと思います！
