Great place!
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, very secure hotel. We had the best room, with the pool straight outside and a sea view.

Die Lage war gut. 3 Minuten zum schönen Teil des Strandes

Cons:

Die Zimmer schauen absolut nicht so aus wie auf booking. Keine Ahnung, woher dieses Hotel gute Bewertungen hat. Die Zimmer sind alt, grauslich, abgewohnt.
Wir hatten kein Wasser und man hat uns erst nach langer Diskussion in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht. Das war hingegen richtig schön, neu und modern, aber mit nicht so guter Lage.
Der Empfang war unfreundlich, desinteressiert und gleichgültig. Die Koffer mussten wir die 500m zum neuen Hotel auch selbst schleppen. Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen und es schaut in Wirklichkeit furchtbar aus.

Cons:

Baren Green , mitt emot på gatan. De har ibland partyn, med hög och förfärlig musik. Nu är de anmälda ett otalt gånger till polisen, så det kan kanske sluta,

For me it was almost impossible to sleep.

Staff was nice and friendly I even got a towel.

Cons:

So, that was my first night in Sri Lanka so I thought that hostels look like it and I didn’t complain. First of all, the fan was suuuuuuuuuuper noisy and I lost my earplugs the day before so I couldn’t fall asleep at all. Then I turned it off and temperature and mosquito bites woke me up in the middle of the night. THEN after I managed to fall asleep traffic woke me up about 6 am it was so noisy It was almost impossible to sleep. To sum up. If you are weak sleepers as I am you have to have earplugs, also they could make a mosquito net I think it doesn’t cost a lot and bugs bite as hell. Then I was staying in different places and now I see you can have better accommodation for the same price.

Cosy beach accomodation, clean and functional.
Pros:

Room and facility was clean. Hot shower was available. Towels were clean and of a good size. Bathroom was fully functional.

Cons:

The staff could have been friendlier. Our guests felt like they were not welcomed at the facility. The manager insisted on a time for the guests to leave.

After reviewing the details of the hotel at booking.com, we choose to stay for two nights starting from17th November 2024. One of the reasons for selecting this hotel was the parking facility. When I checked in, my car was parked in the hotel’s car park by a member of the hotel staff. The next morning I discovered that one of the side mirrors of my car was broken, apparently by the hotel’s maintenance crew while they were painting the wall near the car park. When I informed the hotel staff about this, no one took the responsibility. I expected the hotel would fix the car or pay for the damage, as it occurred while my car was parked in your car park under the supervision of your staff. But unfotunately they didnt do anything to compensate or didnt bother to say sorry for what happened.
