החוסר רצון לעזור.
היה לנו תקלה הניאגרה בשרותים , פעם בצהריים בא מישהו עמר שלא יודים להוריד המיים.
בשעה 24.30 ירדתי לקבלה שלא ניתן לישון עם הראש של השרותים.
לא נתנו מענה.
אני בבת סוגי ירדנו לעשות עם צרכו בשרותים של הלובי.
בשעה 6.45 ביקשתי עוד פעם עזרה ללא מענה, ירדנו בשעה 9.30 לארוחת בוקר עז באו להציע לנו להחליף חדר.
מיד אחרע ארוחת בוקר יצאנו בכס רב מהמלון בלי לקבל תמורה .
לא חושב שמגיע לנו יחס כזה.
