Decor a bit tired, jacuzzi not working
Service - staff attentive and helpful. Room was spacious and I appreciated having a range of seating/tables. The window was openable, which was a good source of fresh air.
I don't appreciate having to write to much in this box - if I can say what I want to say in two words then this form should allow it!
The hotel was exceptionally hot and I would have like some way to control the room temperature.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable room, and very friendly staff. We had a great stay and everything was perfect! 😊
Location and ability to use the swimming pool
Spa treatment was lovely
It could have been cleaner in the swimming pool changing area, ceiling lights dis not work in my room, some staff (not all) need a refresher training in what it means to work in hospitality! I also had a stomach ache after the breakfast
Pool but some facilities in the spa were broken
no staff in the dining room.one person on reception who was also taking orders for food. Submitted the wrong order we had to wait even longer. Dirty table next to us was not cleared away the entire evening.

Isn’t made aware in booking that children can’t use the pool after 6pm and the menu had two options fish and chips or chicken and chips.
The breakfast was very nice
The bathroom was in a poor state of repair.
