Restaurant reservations should be made before arrival, especially during busy times (e.g. Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc).

For bookings of more than 6 rooms on the same date this will be treated as a group booking and our group terms and conditions will apply.

Kids stay free between summer holidays.

Health & Leisure facilities - social distancing restrictions are still in place in our leisure club. All guests must pre book their entry time with reception prior to using the swimming pool and gymPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Lovely pool. Easy access to leisure club from hotel. Big spacious rooms, although ours was a bit cold (possibly because of its location at end of corridor?) whereas normally I always find hotel rooms too hot! Other rooms used by our party were much warmer. Food in restaurant was good and waiters very helpful. Breakfast offering could be a bit more exciting

The food in this hotel is excellent. The restaurant staff and new manager were excellent. We would recommend this hote
Pros:

Large well equipped room. Good parking. Light and airy reception area.

Cons:

Lift wasnt working. We were positioned at the back of the hotel. Our room had a very small window so it was very dark.

Lovely, spacious hotel with plenty of relaxing lounge areas. Drinks v expensive
Pros:

Breakfast was v good. Disappointed with the view of the waterfall as it is in great need of improvement, very messy!

Cons:

As stated above. The grounds are in need of a good garden team.

Thoroughly, enjoyable stay.
Pros:

We had an executive room on the ground floor which was large, well maintained and had all expected amenities - kettle, fridge, bath and shower.

Restaurant was lovely both for breakfast and dinner. The choice of food was varied and main courses were reasonably priced. Staff were very attentive and interested in your day.

Spa pool was clean and well organised. The gym was very popular..

Thoroughly enjoyable stay.
