Ideally located for me.
The room was very cold and the radiator had little affect
You get what you pay for. Cheap rooms but surprisingly nice. Good breakfast too.
Very basic - but again you get what you pay for. Also the area itself was a bit of a dive.
Nice room, hotel in a good location.
The gardens were being renovated which was a good thing, but did spoil the view as there was black plastic bags everywhere.
The black bags all over the gardens spoiled the view
Staff very friendly. Good location able to walk into town in about 20 mins.
Wouldn't recommend for anyone with coeliac disease as only 1 option for breakfast (apple and yogurt)
Views over and access to River Yare.
A bit far from centre.

Friendly helpful staff
Well located with very friendly staff.
not much decor generally drab and very very dated
general condition of the building especially outside
The staff were so helpful and lovely sitting outside
the bed was so hard, not comfortable at all
Huge room! Good lot of tea/coffee. Big shower. Big tv. Quiet. Carvery downstairs!
Very hard bed. Couldn’t sleep properly. Then was woken at 6.30am by a very loud boiler noise. This went on for over half hour. So we were up not out of choice
Direction was easy to locate. Everything else was not looking good at all. It was below expectations
Firstly, the room was deceptive. It looks very spacious in the advert, but I could barely move around the room. It was very tight that we had to pay an extra £41 out of budget to get a bigger room. The staff was not nice at all, especially the manager. No concession for infants, no understanding at all. We all fell sick after we left the room. No smile on their faces, like we should not have come here. It was my worst experience.
The only things good was the shower in room and the bed was good.
Well the food was really bad and would not eat there again. We went down to the pub down road was amazing
It was brilliant for the price, clean n friendly n in a gd location.
Lovely being by the river
