Доволна съм от престоя, само персонала в ресторанта ми направи лошо вречатление

Хотела е на 2мин. пешеходно разстояние от плажа. Стария град е на около 10-15мин. пешеходно разстояние от хотела. Рецепционистите бяха усмихнати и отзивчиви. Басейнът е чист и достатъчно голям. Закуската беше вкусна и разнообразна.

Cons:

Обядът и вечерята, някои от ястията се препокриваха и бяха сходни. Персонала в ресторанта не беше особено приветлив и усмихнат, имаше две жени, които гледаха изключително грубо и сърдито.

Както при други гости мисля че най голям проблем е 2та асансьора които взимат макс 2ма а това е 13 етажен хотел но явно няма какво да се направи по въпроса

Невероятно, тихо и спокойно място
Pros:

Днес приключи нашата прекрасна и спокойна почивка в хотвл Арсенал. Фамилна стая с УНИКАЛНА И Невероятна гледка към морето, близост до плажа, целият персонал на хотела са усмихнати и прекрасни, храната беше вкусна и разнообразна. Със сигурност ще посетим отново.

Pros:

За тази цена за ол инклузив всичко е повече от прекрасно. Храната е разнообразна, винаги има предястия, няколко основни, супи, няколко вида хляб, плодове или други десерти. На 1 Мин е от плажа, близо е и до центъра на няма и 10 Мин. Чисто е, сменят се редовно кърпите. Ние имахме зашеметяваща гледка от нашата стая и просто всичко беше страхотно. Ще го посетим отново със сигурност.
