s this is my first time visiting Switzerland, I wanted to share some impressions from my stay. Coming directly from Italy, where social interaction is very warm and open, I found the atmosphere here to be quite different—perhaps a bit more reserved or formal.
At times, the service felt a little cold, and it seemed like there was an unspoken expectation for guests to already know certain local rules or 'how things work' without much explanation. While I understand that every culture has its own pace, a more proactive and friendly approach from the staff would have made me feel more welcome. It's a beautiful country, but as a first-time visitor, a bit of extra warmth goes a long way in making someone feel at home.
