Accommodation handy for where I needed to be the next day and was adequate for what I wanted.
Pros:

Breakfast very good. Room easily accessed from car park.

Cons:

Sound insulation between rooms inadequate. TV didn’t work (probably batteries on hand set dead?

Apart from the plumbing, it was very good
Pros:

A comfortable bed, and friendly staff.

Cons:

The shower in our room was impossible to use - either scalding hot or cold, but nothing in between. Our friend in another room said he had the same problem.

Fine stay - but overpriced for what it was
Pros:

Friendly staff and very clean; apparently the food is excellent, but we were visiting family nearby so we didn‘t have a chance to eat here. The location was good for us. The building is quirky and fun.

Cons:

There were three things that we didn‘t like. First, the street lights shine into the room during the night and the curtain cannot be closed all the way. Second, the cars were pretty noisy until late. Third, the shower was either too hot or too cold so we showered at our family‘s house.

Well worth a visit to Norwich just to stay here
Pros:

Lovely 17th century inn with great atmosphere and superb restaurant/bar. Ideal for a stay in Norwich. The beds were really comfortable and we slept well.

Cons:

We don’t like fixed overhead showers as are featured in the en-suite to our room, preferring hand held showers but that is just our preference
