Bon Emplacement et hôtel bon rapport qualité prix pour un couple

Cons:

Pizza pas du tout satisfaisantes
La réceptionniste est agréable, souriante et fait bien son travail
Mais les serveuses tirent la gueule tout le temps, traînent souvent pour le service et l'atmosphère est pesante. Dommage car on voit que le patron fait son possible et offre de bonnes prestations rapport qualité prix

La réceptionniste remplaçante : ne trouvait pas ma resa à mon arrivée et pas de chambre de prévue il a fallu que j.aille chercher le document papier …..
Insistante pour le paiement du solde (50%) avant même de me montrer la chambre dénichée pour me loger
Idem le lendemain pour me faire payer le pressing avant la livraison du linge lave
Comportement presque désagréable dans sa communication , pas faite pour le commerce !!

La nourriture ,matelas confortable

Cons:

Pas de wifi dans la chambre,débit d’eau réduit,personnels pas très accueillant surtout la réception.

Pros:

The accommodation looked great.

Cons:

I booked for 2 and 1 child.

Unfortunately the child decided to have a tantrum and scream at check in.

Subsequently we were refused entry to stay by the reception staff.

They advised that they would cancel the booking with no cancellation fees applied and refund the money to my account.
No refund has yet been received.
