Pros:

The accommodation looked great.

Cons:

I booked for 2 and 1 child.

Unfortunately the child decided to have a tantrum and scream at check in.

Subsequently we were refused entry to stay by the reception staff.

They advised that they would cancel the booking with no cancellation fees applied and refund the money to my account.
No refund has yet been received.

With pool was everything fine but unfortunately that was all

Cons:

Room was not even cleaned, we booked suita with bath tub and we get info on reception that we can not use it, inside of it was bucket with water, lot of inseckts inside of it, nothing cleaned, it was not comfortable at all

The hotel of the wily
Pros:

Spacious room

Cons:

We booked on booking with a discount of about €50. However, when we arrived the staff told us that they do not apply booking discounts (what a surprise ☺️) and that we were supposed to pay 100% in cash at check-in (also this came as a surprise as it was written nowhere). Since it was 11pm and we had no choice than staying there and do what they were asking. We thought we had been generous enough but apparently the wily staff didn’t think so and the following day (and the following, and again the following) came asking us to cancel the booking reservation so that they would not have paid Booking.com commissions. We told them we would not have cancelled the booking (risking to pay a penalty for late cancellation) and guess what? They cancelled it anyhow.

As for the hotel per se, rooms were spacious but this place needs a bit more cleaning and care. The rooms were full of insects and geckos (funny enough we discovered geckos squeaks, keeping us awake at night).

If you stay there, be aware of the staff tricks 😉

Stolen 1500 euro from my wallet in this hotel
Cons:

There is a thief’s in the hotel! They stole my money around 1500 euro! The safe in the room didn’t work. So I stored my money in the wallet in my suitcase. When I arrived at home the wallet was empty . It was the only one hotel I’ve stayed and opened it. The contract phone number of the hotel is not working. Can’t believe the staff could do that… very disappointed.
