Spacious and clean
Pros:

The location was convenient and close to the train station and restaurants. Spacious apartment with a separate area for sleeping. It was also great to have a washer/dryer combo for ease of washing our clothes. Good kitchen and bathroom amenities too.

Cons:

Minor issue as we only stayed one night - but it would have been nice to have the bedding already set up for us.

Pros:

Ruime mooie studio, ideaal gelegen in de nabijheid van het station. Alles aanwezig. Prachtig uitzicht op het kasteel van Odawara. Apart toilet.

Cons:

Je moest zelf je futonbed nog opmaken.

Great location. View of Odawara castle.
New and Modern amenities.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Very spacious and clean.

Cons:

Futons were hard to sleep on (something I am not used to) but added an extra layer from the stored additional futons and slept much better.

Exceptional
Pros:

The hotel is just 5 min from Odawara station, just in front of the old castle. All rooms has windows with a clear view of castle's garden and the main bastion.
All rooms were super clean. Furniture and electrical stuff were in perfect condition.

Just bear in mind, that it would be difficult to check-in in the evening, because there might be no stuff to meet you.

In any case, I would definitely return to this hotel one more time if I see Odawara again!
