Self contained in a separate building to the hotel. Staff were very helpful and attentive.
Food in bar was great
Breakfast was very poor ...just limitedc cereal...despite being told there would be bread to toast and orange juice etc ehen we checked in.....not there at 7am when we went down...no one to ask
Shower temperature luke warm
Breakfast was toast, granola, coffee and juice as selfserve in my own room. Perfect for us.
Hot water ran out fairly fast (there was 3 of us) but not a issue. Big room and peaceful night!
Great value for money, room was clean and quiet at night, with separate kitchenette, bathroom and shower. The manager, Money, was fantastic and was always checking if we had everything we needed whenever we saw him. Can't praise his service highly enough. Very much recommend if staying in Otautau.

gen Restaurant/Bar. Hilfsbereites Personal. Ich hatte das Appartment, das groß und mit einer kleinen Küche sowie separatem Bad und separater Toilette ausgestattet war.
Am Vormittag ist erst ab 11 Uhr wieder jemand erreichbar. D.h., dass früheres Auschecken am Vorabend geregelt werden muss (ist aber kein Problem, muss man nur wissen).
Great location for the work I was doing. The flat is roomy with everything I needed for an overnight stay. Very generous breakfast. Older style but well fitted out. Walk left a few steps for the pub - right a few steps for the grocery store. Great value for money. Good little kitchenette, nice hot water. Very helpful host.

It was easy to heat. They supplied a complimentary continental breakfast; it was very nice and included juice and 2 litres of milk, as well as cereal and toast bread. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food at pub was delicious; it equals anything in a restaurant in Wellington, NZ! The studio was clean and tidy. We also got to see the other rooms, they also look very nice.
On arrival they didn’t seem aware of our booking so initially the room was very cold (it is the middle of Winter), although it heated quickly with the large heat pump.
The television wasn’t working properly, we could only access an app (Tubi) that had very few options - just having TV to relax with in the evening is nice, so that was a bit frustrating.
The window in the shower room needs frosting or a shade to offer privacy.
The double bed mattress needs replacing or memory foam as it was a bit lumpy.
Exceptional service here Manny and his staff are always welcoming and go the extra mile to make this one of my favourite small town hotels. BTW the food is always a thing of great pleasure.

Someone had urinated on the bed and duvet in the past and it stunk. The shower was not clean. The window in bathroom which was not frosted was overlooked be a window above. No privscy
Breakfast was amazing it was waiting in our unit for us.

Had to shower with bathroom door open so it was blocking an unfrosted window for privacy.
Location and large room
Breakfast was supplied but we hardly got any cereal no fruit one loave of bread but only 1 sachet of butter.
This was very disappointing as we had stayed here before and breakfast supplied was great then.
