Gr8 Stay !!!
Pros:

It was a Great Room with huge space!!! Fantastic stay.. Refrigerator and oven was also available with perfect facilities for a excellent stay!!

Pros:

The room is nice

Cons:

The service was terrible. I called them three times to confirm the booking, but no one seemed to know what was going on. At one point, they just hung up the phone. I decided to go to the place anyway, but when I arrived, there was no one at the reception. After that, they couldn’t find my booking, and I had to wait for 45 minutes while they tried to figure it out, even though I had clearly booked through Booking.com. No one was helpful or polite.

It was a wonderful stay
Pros:

It’s spacious, clean mostly and with all properly working amenities. And it was near to my work place and the Panjim city. And they also helped with renting a bike there. And the staff was so friendly and nice.

There were some cockroaches here and there

Cancelled our booking on night we were due to arrive.
Pros:

They messaged last minute to say our room was not available as they were fully booked. We had just arrived from the airport and had to quickly find a new place to stay which was a stressful start to our india experience.
