Cozy and comfortable place to stay
Pros:

The owners are so friendly and supportive. Overall great experience staying there, exceptionally clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend to try wellness center. Location and view was amazing.

Great stay with minor hiccups, but would stay again!
Pros:

The breakfast was great and the staff was very kind. Great to have free parking and the views from the property were awesome

Cons:

We did not know that the spa took 3 hours to heat up and be ready, so after a long day (in summer) we were not able to use the spa because we did not book in advance. I think this should be made more clear. Also there is no AC in the room which is not a huge deal breaker, but there were mosquitos out while we traveled so we couldnt leave the windows open to get cool air.

Spectacular views with an unbelievable breakfast
Pros:

The view from the hotel is spectacular and the breakfast was incredible. Homemade croissants were delicious as well as the tomato and cheese. Family run hotel so you could see the care and pride the owners have in their property. A great spot to explore the Dolomites and surrounds.

A warm southern Tyrollean family run hotel with spectacular views of the valley and the mountains.
Pros:

This is a small family owned hotel. Everything looks and feels brand new although it is a well established house. The ambiance and the decor fit into the feel the surrounding nature we enjoyed from our balkon. The food and the people were fantastic and after the first day we felt like we were home.

Cons:

At times my wife and I can be very picky but in this case we just could not come up with anything we did not like

Incredible views, wonderful staff would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Views were spectacular, rooms very spacious and clean. Staff very nice and friendly.
Good location about 20 mins walk from centre (uphill involved).
Parking included.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok not many vegetarian options.

The place to be for any type of trip in Ortisei
Pros:

Extremely spacious rooms with a large balcony overlooking good views of the mountains and valley. Tucked away in a quiet corner of Ortisei, you'll be met with quality service and feel right at home. The owner/manager and his crew were some of the best service staff I've come across. I'll definitely come back next time!

Perfect, near downtown but not in downtown so very quiet place, staff andbreakfast were amazing

Exceptional
Pros:

Beautiful family run business with spectacular views. Cleanliness was 10/10. Their dinner was also so tasty, you can tell they use local fresh ingredients. It was a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

The property is located about a 30 minute walk from the city centre, or a 10 minutes bus ride however the buses don’t come that often and they take a break during lunch. The walk is pretty steep so be aware if you don’t want to wait for the next bus. I would still stay again!
