Pros:

It was family owned and they pay close attention to details! The views are incredible .

Cons:

A bit of a steep climb back up when heading back from town but we didn’t mind it. When booking, know that it’s a 20 minute walk from downtown

Very nice, 'classic' Dolomite hotel if you have a car.
Pros:

Excellent place with wonderful staff. And fantastic cappucino!
Nicely remodeled (except the lift) and well appointed.

Cons:

A little too far from town to walk, but parking was available, if a little tight.

Extremely disappointed and left in tears- changed accomodation after one night here.
Pros:

The room was nice and comfortable. I left after one night so only had one sleep there but it was satisfactory.

Cons:

I was extremely disappointed with my stay- I had to leave after one night because I was so upset after how I had been spoken to the day before. I really felt ostracised as a female solo traveller here- I wasn’t made to feel welcome, the staff were abrupt and rude. Whilst they did apologise to me after I decided to leave because of my bad experience, it still didn’t make up for it. I wasn’t offered a refund for the next night and I will be following that up. No one should deserve to feel uncomfortable in a hotel and especially one that I booked because of the good reviews. I moved to a different hotel that morning and had the most amazing time, was made to feel welcome and treated with the upmost respect. I will not be returning and I would think twice about booking this hotel.

Очень человеческий персонал. Хороший вид. Немного далеко от центра городка. Но ведь Вы за этим и приехали, пройтись))))
Pros:

За такое внимательное отношение персонала можно простить все скромности номера.
Действительно очень гостеприимный отель.

Cons:

Обратите внимание на отсутствие кондиционера, холодильника, микроволновки и никакой посуды. Но в конце концов это ведь не апартаменты со «все включено»))

Pros:

Le personnel était très accueillant et l'hôtel était très chaleureux et confortable dans son style chalet. Le lit était vraiment très confortable et la chambre spacieuse et décorée. Les lumières dans la chambre étaient très agréables !

Cons:

Malgré la qualité et la situation géographique, l'hôtel est très cher. Ortisei ne justifie pas ce prix.

Rapporto qualita prezzo ottimo per essere ad Ortisei !
Pros:

Un bel albergo un po' distante del centro di Ortisei ma bene servito con i mezzi. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono per la zona. Niente di fancy ma pulito, confortevole e staff simpatico. Ortisei e stata veramente la citta piu bella del nostro week end lungo nei Dolomiti

Cons:

Ristorante e bar dell'albergo chiuso il giovedì. Peccato.

It was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was fantastic and facilities were great. Excellent carpark and lift access. Great selection with the breakfast spread.

Bus is just right in front of hotel so was convenient but have to be aware of bus timings

Nice place but if u don't rent a car, you will be at the mercy of the bus service...

Cons:

The distance from the town, infrequent bus service (only one bus each hour, and less on SATURDAYS, tho thankfully it's free with the Gardena pass), there is NO hotel shuttle service (u must use public bus or walk for 30 mins)

Wonderful stay with great views.
Pros:

Clean with great views. The staff are very friendly. Wellness was super relaxing and a must after a day of hiking. Breakfast has many options, all very tasty.
