Very run down, unclean bathroom, cockroaches would not recommend

The exceeded all expectations. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and professional, always ready to help.
The food was delicious with great variety, and hygiene standards were excellent.
The location is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation.
Overall, it was a luxurious and memorable experience.
I would definitely visit again and highly recommend this place to everyone.

Big rooms, friendly staff particularly guy at reception named Parameshwar Thakur, walking distance to ashwem beach (around 250-300 metre, rough another property). Mandrem and Morjim in vicinity, Aarambol arnd 3-4 Kms. Good peaceful location. Iron in the room, beautiful balcony, good wifi, a reasonable swimming pool. Overall a value for money property given its cost.
Needs a bit of maintenance, killed a spider in the room (cant avoid given its location around trees/shrubs), no cable connection in tv, a makeshift reception at entry (no room, just like a guard cabin), dont expect typical hotel staff (freelancers working as staff-no uniform, though friendly and helpful). The caretaker/manager hardly cares about anything and the service quality is pathetically poor. Breakfast option and quality is below average. Please don’t fall prey to the pictures posted. The same property is listed multiple times with different tariff. Utterly disappointed. Booking.com marking this property under genius category with multiple star is a shocker.

The place is quite peaceful and clean. One of the best properties I have stayed in Goa.

The location was great more than I expected, walking distance to beach just 2-5mins. Staff are friendly. Thank you for having me. I recommend everyone but remember they have 15 rooms so you better reserve your room.
My stay at this hotel and resort was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was peaceful with elegant interiors and stunning views. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed for comfort.

its a loot , the bathrooms dont have locks , the ac doesnt work the area outside the rooms are filthy , no1 at the property to take care of anything ..
