It was traumatising and no one was there to assist us in any manner, couldn’t sleep at all.
Pros:

The place had bugs roaming all around, there was a massive cockroach in our room and the only caretaker kept there for us was not listening to any of it, he just sprayed nasty room freshener on it. There was no one at reception and the place stank so bad.

Cons:

Everything about it was so bad.

Pros:

Staff is so kind and polite nature and special thanks to receptionist mam who help us like a family member.Room is good and comfortable and very close to market.

Cons:

In our room hot water was not coming.please don’t try to shift property. Give the same property as booked.

Nothing I didn't stay there I booked to go to fab nest callungute they wanted to move me 45 minutes drive away to another one of their hotels so I stayed at another hotel never book fab nest again
