Good value and a good choice for a short stay.
Pros:

Good location, conveniently located in downtown Oneonta.

Basic breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

It’s a bit older, and our room at least, showed some age.

Location was close to downtown and numerous restaurant choices. Literally steps out the back door. Good breakfast. Room clean and comfortable.

Looks and smells dated. Needs refreshing.

Very nice hotel. Could use some upgrading.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Location was convenient and in walking distance to most stores and restaurants.

Cons:

The ceiling tiles in my room were crumbling and falling on the carpet. I reported this to front desk services and they came and cleaned it immediately, however, shortly after that, there was more ceiling debris that fell on the floor. Ceiling needs to be replaced. Some wallpaper peeling off the walls.

We had a great time and loved staying here. It was a bit pricey, would have loved to have better rates.

It was the only option for that weekend but I don’t plan on ever staying there again

Needs major updates and renovations. Definitely not worth the $230 I paid for one night. Sheets were stained.
