Pros:

Mir hat der Aufenthalt im Hirsch gut gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Frisch zubereitetes Rührei mit Speck wäre allerdings lecker gewesen. (Ich nehme mal an, dass aus Kostengründen morgens kein Koch im Einsatz ist.) Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Das Besitzerpaar dürfte freundlich sein, auf mich haben die beiden jedoch eher kühl gewirkt. (Vielleicht hatten sie ja einfach zwei schlechte Tage.)

Die hohe Stufe beim Verlassen des Zimmers wurde mir bereits am ersten Tag zum Verhängnis. Vielleicht könnte man an der Tür einen Warnhinweis anbringen.

Alles perfekt, lecker und toller Service. Ich komme wieder!
Pros:

Tolle Atmosphäre und super freundlicher Service. Die Küche ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder, auch wenn ich dann etwas weiter zum Kunden fahren muss.

Très bien pour une étape, mais aussi, je le pense, pour quelques deux ou trois nuits pour visiter la région, entre le Lac de Constance - Bodensee - et Tubingen
