We loved the cozy authentic feeling and would stay again!
Pros:

We loved this family run operation, in a very quiet location with stunning views from the window, balcony and ground floor terrace! The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly and we felt very cared for! The breakfasts were always very extensive and so delicious. Katherina was a joy with her friendly greetings and great sense of humor. We enjoyed many 4 course dinners on site and I highly recommend as the chef takes great pride in the food quality and presentation!

Cons:

Smoking on the terrace can drift in to the open windows of the rooms.

En de lokatie. Dicht bij de skiliften naar de hoge bergen.

Uiteindelijk viel niks tegen
Je denkt wel bij binnenkomst , de tijd heeft stilgestaan maar daar kijk je al heel snel doorheen.
We hebben echt genoten

The host ❤️, she helped us with the itinerary. Was very thoughtful with our breakfast. ❤️❤️❤️


"Guest Pass" was sent to us and we could use that on the buses towards and within Ortisei.

The location is a little uphill, it would be super easy by taxi, but with a small backpack, you can easily walk uphill - either through an escalator from Ortisei and walk, or by bus, get down at Betania.

Beautiful stay, thanks so much to the hosts for making our trip to the Dolomites fantastic.
Pros:

Super clean, well maintained, family run villa. Server/hospitality person Katarina is amazing. The owners (husband wife), chef (son from what I understand) are fantastic. Wonderful breakfast (best scrambled eggs in Italy, LOL!). Quiet location a 10 min walk from city center, which is exactly what we wanted. No glitz. Just an exceptionally well-maintained villa with wonderful hosts who care about making your stay wonderful.

Cons:

Maybe more electronics outlets at bedside. I hesitate to say it because the stay was so wonderful.
