رغم أن سعر الفندق مرتفع جدًا، إلا أن هناك أمورًا كانت مخيبة للآمال.

* يمنع استخدام المكواة بحجة عدم اتلاف الخشب ولكن يمكن لك الكوي لديهم!
* استئجار غلاية الماء مقابل 10 يورو.
* ولا توجد أي ضيافة داخل الغرفة؛ لا قهوة، ولا شاي، ولا حتى زجاجة ماء مجانية. أشعر أن سياسة الفندق رأسمالية إلى أبعد حد! 😂

أما الإطلالة، فكانت على منازل مجاورة ولم تكن مميزة.

A perfect introduction to the Dolomites.
Pros:

The property was immaculately presented. Simply & tastefully decorated. Very clean.
The gardens & pool spa areas were also lovely. All staff were very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Because the hotel was on a busy road there was some traffic noise. The rooms were well insulated & quiet when doors closed.

Exceptional stay in the Dolomites at Hotel Arnaria!
Pros:

We had such an incredible stay at this wonderful family-run hotel that we ended up completely changing our holiday itinerary, extending our initial one booking to staying for five nights here!
Everything was exceptional. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a beautiful balcony with breathtaking views over Ortisei and Seceda. The location was perfect - close enough to walk into Ortisei in around 20 minutes or take the free bus that stops right outside the hotel, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and tranquility away from the crowds in the Val Gardena villages. Free on-site parking was very handy.
The beautiful garden was a lovely place to relax in the sun, and the spa and swimming pool were fantastic after a day of hiking. Every part of the hotel was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained.
The lovely hosts and all the staff were accommodating, genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to the entire breakfast and dinner team, whose service was outstanding throughout our stay.
We chose the half-board option, and it was amazing. The breakfast had a great selection of fresh, high-quality food, while the four-course dinner each evening was simply outstanding (with a different menu each day to choose from). Every evening we felt like we were dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant!
We highly recommend this hotel and really hope we can come back again one day!

Pros:

Favorite stay of our trip!! The location was a 5 minute bus ride from Ortisei downtown with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Our favorite part was the pool and lounge area to relax after a long hike. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. A few pizza places in walking distance. Would highly recommend!

Cons:

Room got quite warm with no AC, but to be expected in summer.
