Otipeni experience
Pros:

Cheap clean near by for airport so close could wave at the passengers as the planes landed The receptionists were pleasant enough The shuttle to the airport very handy

Cons:

No Lift or help to carry luggage upstairs No Resturant its closed so breakfast was from a vending machine No aircon

Pros:

Готель розташований поруч з аеропортом. Для мене особисто важливою перевагою була наявність трансфера в аеропорт. Також дуже вдячна за раннє заселення оскільки після доби дороги з Києва (потягом) почувалася дуже втомленюю.

Disappoints stay
Pros:

Disappointing experience . I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was a decent stay. This time the girl at the reception had a bad attitude , the bathroom needs updates, the water stopped running late evening and it took a while to be fixed. The sheets need to be replaced . Overall disappointing, I will not book again

Rajouter huit euros de plus, et aller dans un autre hôtel avec le petit déjeuner
Pros:

Rien sauf le bus pour l’aéroport. Sinon ça vaut pas le coup de dormir dans cet hôtel

Cons:

L’eau chaude ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre, le hall d’accueil, c’est plus une station d’autobus ou une ou une Gare vous pouvez même pas manger un sandwich obligé d’aller en face dans un autre établissement

Total disappointment! Terrible service and a complete joke!

Cons:

I had an awful experience at Hotel Otopeni and would not recommend this place to anyone. The quality of service is extremely poor, from the accommodation to the transport.
First of all, the airport transfer is complete chaos. You are told that the car is waiting for you at "parking exit door D". For someone unfamiliar with the airport, this direction is completely useless. The parking lot is massive, and if you don't know the exact area, you end up wandering around aimlessly trying to find the drivers. It is a poorly organized system that ruins your experience right from the start.
Secondly, the coffee provided in the room is completely undrinkable and of the lowest possible quality.
To make matters worse, the reception area is full of stray dogs wandering inside, creating a dangerous environment where you feel like you could be attacked at any moment.
However, the worst part happened last night. I woke up at 2:00 AM feeling thirsty, and when I turned on the tap, the water in the sink was completely yellow and filthy. This is unacceptable and highly unsanitary! I even have a video recording of the sink to prove this absolute mess.
A total lack of respect for customers and unacceptable conditions. Avoid this hotel!

Aproape totul

Cons:

Hotelul nu are lift ( oamenii care vin acolo vin cu bagaje si e foarte neplacut sa urci la etaj cu bagajele )
La etajul 4 nu prea curge apa si apa s-a oprit citeva ore fara avertisment , noroc ca am reusit sa dau sapunul de pe mine pina apa s-a oprit de tot pina dimineata )

Cons:

Ristorante chiuso alle 21 quando avrebbe dovuto chiudere alle 22.30. Wi-Fi praticamente inesistente. Forte odore di muffa dalla doccia. Assenza di telecomando per aria condizionata
