Een overnachting gehad, maar het was een geweldige ervaring. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd: van de schone, comfortabele kamer met prachtig uitzicht tot de badkamer. Het diner was van absolute topkwaliteit, echt Michelin waardig. Het ontbijt scoort een 10 uit 10. Een absolute aanrader waar ik zeker terugkom."

Prachtige locatie en relaxte sfeer.
Pros:

Mooie locatie. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit restaurant.
Goede bedden. Lekker gegeten alhoewel het erg lang duurde.

Cons:

Het Bakhuis was vrij basic ingericht. Geen koffiezetapparaat. Geen tafel waar je kan eten. Kitchenette had geen kookgelegenheid. Geen prullenbak. Je hebt niet zoveel privacy bij het huisje. Het zit aan het grote huis vast. Dat is ook handig te weten. We konden het eerst niet vinden. Je moet een stukje door het bos lopen. Koffer op wieltjes is niet handig. En zorg dat je verlichting bij je hebt als het donker is. Communicatie kan beter. Geen reactie op vragen via online. Geen reactie als je belt.

Fijn verblijf nabij de Veluwe
Pros:

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ik vroeg om veganistisch ontbijt en werd vooraf al geïnformeerd dat dit mogelijk is. Terplekke kreeg ik uitleg over alle opties en werd me zelfs wat extra's aangeboden. Verder is het een supermooie locatie, zowel de omgeving zelf als de nabijheid bij de Veluwe. Van harte aanbevolen.

Cons:

Er waren geen insectenhorren en zodoende enkele, levende dan wel dode, insecten binnen (muggen, motten).

Verder was het plafond boven het bed wat laag waardoor rechtop in bed zitten niet ging.

Pros:

Most of the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. The food was very nice and the overall vibe of the lodge was super cozy. This was exactly what we were hoping to find when looking for a relaxed and comfortable weekend off in the nature with our family.

It’s a cool looking place but not good value for money
Pros:

The location is everything and the ambiance it has too. It’s an old building(s) that have been renovated. It has quite a hipster feel to it and some of the staff are a bit cocky. But it looks very cool, it has cosy nooks and corners you just want to sit both in the restaurant, the patio and the terrace.

Cons:

The rooms are old and the walls paper thin. I had a neighbour doing I don’t know what until 4:30 in the morning and if he was actually sleeping I could hear him snore as if he was lying next to me. The rooms are more like a post stamp so very small compared to the cost, the walls look like they are from my grandmothers house and the beds are as hard as a wooden door. This really put me off. When I told the staff they shrugged it off.

The bikes we rented there were awful and so heavy they could not been ridden. They should not offer these anymore .
