Amazing hotel and we are definitely coming back again
Pros:

Rooms, design, convenience, outdoor pool, whirlpool, saunas, food, personell, owners, it was all on the topmost level and we really enjoyed our stay at the fullest.

Pros:

Familien geführtes Hotel. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Sekunde herzlich Willkommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und haben eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf St Ulrich. Der Pool ist wirklich toll. Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Die Bushaltestellen sind direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Befremdlich war das abendliche Anstehen am Vorspeisen-Buffet. Leider waren einige Produkte schnell vergriffen und wurden nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Auf der Abendkarte stand kein vegetarisches Hauptgericht zur Auswahl. Wurde auf Anfrage aber umgehend zubereitet.

Velmi hezky hotel s typickou architekturou a designem, moc mily personal, chutne jidlo, prostranne a tiche pokoje…vnitrni i venkovni vyhrivany bazen uz od 7:00 a 3 sauny..vyborny relax po lyzovani :)

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Scherlin in Ortisei. The property was extremely clean — one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in — and the overall atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful. There were no disturbing noises at all, which made it very easy to relax and sleep well at night.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the beautiful view toward Ortisei. The location is also very convenient, being close to Val Gardena and Alpe di Siusi, which makes it a great base for exploring the area.

Cons:

The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast. While it was good, having more variety and additional alternatives would make the experience even better.
