A good place to stay
Pros:

The property was an excellent choice, especially if you’re on the slow boat stopover. Really close to where the boat docks.
A guy met us at the dockside where we loaded our heavy bags into his sidecar whilst we walked up to the Lodge.
Met with a cold towel and complementary drink, then shown to the room which was big and had a view of the river.
We had breakfast the next day across the road from the Lodge.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing place
Pros:

I stayed for one night during the slow boat trip from Chiang Rai to Luang Prabang and I can say it was the best decision to choose this place. I had the balcony room and it was absolutely amazing. The view was fabulous. The bed was very good. The bathroom was clean. The room is very cozy with the wooden walls. I had no problems with mosquitoes. The ac was working.

Cons:

It is true that if you buy the room right there at the reception it is a little cheaper, but they are not guaranteed to have a room available so I would still book it in advance. The breakfast was a little small for me. Only a plate with fruits, tea/coffee, bread, butter and jam.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gut.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war vom Slowboat Pier fußläufig super erreichbar.

Cons:

Das einchecken war wie eine Massenabfertigung. Bei der Rezeption konnten sie keine Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Bäckerei geben. Von unserem Zimmer wurde ein Bett nach dem einchecken entfernt, da sie zu wenig Schlafplätze für andere hatten.
Frühstück war sehr schlicht gehalten.
