The hotel has huge potential to be a really good three star but is in need of tlc and some inspirational management.
Pros:

Closeness to the beach, in a quiet street and close to main resort strip and bus stop. Great pool and pool area but in need of better care and maintenance.

Cons:

Hotel bar only accepted cash and there were no snacks available or even packets of crisps / pringles for sale. More guests would probably have used the pool area if these services had been available.

Trotz des schlechten Cafés würde ich das Hotel sofort wieder buchen 😵😊

Kann ich sehr empfehlen, tolle/freundliche Serviceleute, auch mit Sprachen ohne Probleme

sehr ruhig und in Strand Nähe, 80m
Getränke BAR, Tresor, fast immer täglich eine Reinigung

Cons:

Die Liegen am Pool waren öfters von dem Tauben Dreck verschmutzt.
Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer
Nichts Nennenwertes als Apero Gebäck!!
Die Taxen sind bei Ankunft separat zu bezahlen, nicht im Preis einbegriffen!
Ebenfalls ein Tresor vorhanden jedoch gegen Gebühr!

Great location and friendly staff!

Cons:

There is no steamer or iron in the facility. I had never been in a hotel that had no steamer or iron and was caught by surprise while getting ready to a wedding party. Such a low-hanging fruit, the hotel should buy one.

Agréable
Pros:

Hôtel avec du charme. Toutes les chambres sont dotées d' un grand balcon. La piscine est immense. La plage au pied de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner correct en libre service. Amabilité du personnel. Hôtel très bien tenu et très propre. Beaucoup de commerces dans les rues à proximité et notamment des restaurants : nombreux et plutôt de qualité.

Cons:

Evitez les chambres côté rue : beaucoup trop bruyant. Un bar à l'angle de rue fait de l'animation musicale jusqu'à 2h du matin et au petit matin le passage des camions poubelles. Un mini réfrigérateur dans les chambres serait un plus.

Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel positiv bewerten – vor allem wegen der ausgezeichneten Lage
Pros:

Ein sehr großer Pluspunkt ist, dass das Hotel direkt am Strand liegt. Geschäfte sowie die Hauptstraße sind in der Nähe. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt, und das Personal löst Probleme sofort (falls welche auftreten).

Cons:

Bei Nachttemperaturen von über 8–10 Grad ist es wirklich nicht warm, mit einer sehr dünnen Tagesdecke zu schlafen. Deshalb muss man nach einer „normalen“ Decke fragen. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer kann man nicht immer benutzen – besonders dann, wenn man sich frischere Luft im Zimmer wünscht, während auf dem Nachbarbalkon ununterbrochen geraucht wird. Oder wärmere Luft, wenn man mit einer dünnen Tagesdecke schlafen muss.

Natürlich auch der Kühlschrank... In meinem Zimmer gab es leider keinen Mini-Kühlschrank. Mini-Kühlschränke würden dieses Hotel auf ein ganz anderes Niveau heben :)

Eine Anmerkung an das Zimmermädchen: Auch wenn es Ihnen so vorkommt, als läge Müll auf dem Tisch, lassen Sie die Sachen lieber so, wie sie sind, und werfen Sie nichts nach eigenem Ermessen weg. Einmal pro Woche könnten Sie außerdem auch die Sauberkeit des Balkons überprüfen... :)
