It was very close to airport and main beach lots of TUK TUK available. We would return there.
Pros:

Beautiful pool clean water.

Cons:

During our stay no hot water. Water wasn’t hot but nore was it ice cool it was cool so we were ok with it. Supposed to be fixed next month

Over all my stay was great my family enjoyed the place.
Pros:

The pool and the unlimited cocktails night over the weekends. The staff are very friendly.

Close to the airport, pool was clean,

Cons:

There was no tv, there was no hot water, there was a kettle but no coffee tea sugar or any cutlery, the room wasn't cleaned until we asked for it be cleaned,
Breakfast was below good standard, with very little choice, we only had it once even though it's free, toilet paper was not able to be used in the toilet as it was against the rules to flush it.. shower screen was only half size and much of the water ended up on the bathroom floor instead of going down the hole..

Will not recommend this place.
Pros:

Swimming pool and comfortable beds

Cons:

the bathrooms are disgusting and in need of renovation.
The so called ‘breakfast’ was minimal, coffee was just water based and powdered milk - you have to pay if you want another cup.
Breakfast area was under cover in the lobby, and open to the elements, no good if it it raining.
No ceiling fans and no pedestal fans.
Slow service.
The owner obviously takes the money and does not care to reinvest.
30 minute walk to Alona beach.
No complimentary pick up from ferry terminal, only from airport
