Beautiful stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and rooms, spatious with great lighting. Nice pool. Excellent breakfast, large variety. Great view.

Cons:

No pickup service from the pier or airport considering the standing of the hotel.

Good Hotel in a nice private location
Pros:

It’s our 4th stay at Modala and privacy of the location is still one of the best

Cons:

Upkeep is relatively OK but aircon in the dining area was down. Dining service specifically in the evening was less attentive, they missed a main course order and never apologized about it.

Housekeeping needed to be prodded for bathrobes and to replace the dispensers.

מקום נעים מאוד לשהיה. אבל טיפה רחוק מהאטרקציות של בוהול.

הצוות היה נהדר. עזר לנו לארגן נסיעות, דאג לכרטיסי נסיעה. שאפו במיוחד ל-Jason, שעשה מעל ומעבר עבורינו.

Cons:

כללית יש בעית לחץ מים…השרותים לא עבדו, אבל סדרו לנו.
החוף לא מתאים לשחיה אבל יש בו צל ועצי קוקוס-אוירה מאוד נעימה.
סביב המלון אין מסעדות. נדרשת נסיעה לאלונה ביצ׳.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Such a beautiful hotel with perfect location. Breakfast exceptional, the personal exceptional. Clean and specious rooms, you were always met with a smile and big + for the room service option.

Lovely stay
Pros:

I really enjoyed the stay. The room was spacious and offered a beautiful sunset view. The service was excellent, especially from Gigi at reception and Dave in the breakfast area. Also, the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a long time.

Cons:

The room was a bit too cold almost and it was difficult to adjust the temperature to make it warmer.

Pros:

The hotel and the breakfast were fabulous. A great resort overall.

Cons:

My experience checking in could have been better. I won't get into details but I felt very offended from the moment I spoke with the front desk. My companions witnessed the behavior and not something I expected from a resort of this caliber. Otherwise the rest of the staff was great and an overall good place, but that did not leave me with a good first impression.
