A place to stay and remember a wonderful vacation.
Pros:

Excellent service, very good breakfast, staff very polite and ready to help anytime. We had a fabulous time in beautiful and historic Orvieto.
Hotel Picchio is recommended for a full enjoyment and a great time.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, le surclassement en chambre pour 4 immense, avec coin cuisine. Le calme. La proximité immédiate du funiculaire, la possibilité de monter à pied, la petite route en impasse devant l'hôtel grimpe raide mais se continue en sentier pavé et aboutie au fort d'Orvieto.(15 à 20 minutes). La terrasse.

A due passi dalla stazione e dalla funicolare.
Camera pulita ,staff disponibile e colazione ottima.

Cons:

Di sera con la funicolare che non funziona è difficile arrivare al centro di Orvieto.
Però ci sono vari locali per poter mangiare anche li vicino.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta, 5 minuti di auto dal centro e 5 minuti a piedi dalla funicolare. Camere spaziose e pulite. Possibilità di parcheggio al coperto. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Colazione abbondante!!!

Piu che buono per una soggiorno di passaggio,
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda per visitare Orvieto, a pochi metri dalla funicolare e a 5 minuti di macchina dal primo parcheggio utile (la funicolare chiude alle 20.30). C'è un parcheggio chiuso ma la macchina può anche esser lasciata per strada. Personale molto gentile.

Cons:

Non vale la pena fare la colazione. A pochi passi ci sono diversi bar che hanno sicuramente un'offerta molto piu interessante.

I would be happy to stay here again should the need arise.

Actual stay very comfortable. Good referral to a local restaurant. Breakfast excellent

Cons:

Arrived without passport: had left it in my room in Rome. Permission to stay was being refused.
But I got it sorted.
