Fab location & great value for money!
Pros:

Lovely staff & amazing location! Basic facilities but what you’d expect with the price, cannot fault! And was lovely to have a balcony & the rooms are really big and spacious!

A lovely stay, with a fabulous host and spotlessly clean rooms!
Pros:

This was a superb little guest house. Our room was comfy and notably, care had been taken to make it look nice! It was spotlessly clean and our host was a delight, and provided a kettle when we asked for one. It was totally central and our room-with-a-view (over the back garden) was very peaceful.

Cons:

You will need to ask exactly where the guesthouse is when you get to the right area - there is no Cafe Coffee Day, and the office is opposite Sobitai. Don’t be put off!

Basic schone kamer op prima lokatie
Pros:

Grootte van de kamer. Was aan achterkant van gebouw dus rustig en groot raam met uitzicht op groen.

Cons:

Het bed kraakt en piept zodra je beweegt. Boiler is erg leuk dus weinig warm water per keer.

I had a wonderful experience during my 10 day stay at Sobitai! I will certainly visit it again💯.
Pros:

The location is great, barely two minutes away from the beach. Especially good for women travelers since it is managed by a hugely efficient lady called Gul. One felt safe and comfortable.

Cons:

A bit noisy because of the traffic on the road.

We loved this place so much we returned again - the host is very charming and nothing is too much trouble - great value for money - clean - bottled water daily - laundry service - on the Main Street so some noise at night - but nothing major - 2 min walk to beach

The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is exceptional, close to nice shops and cafes. A beautiful little footpath leads to the beach. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay.
