Pros:

Such a clean place! Very tidy and spotless with good communal facilities. The staff were fantastic! I was walking and one of the team gave me a lift out to the main road.

Cons:

They only gave me one towel and the pillows weren't amazing. But for the price, it was still such a great stay.

Unfriendly Staff and Poor Service
Pros:

The room was spacious, the lighting was good, and there was air conditioning. The location is close to the center and the beach.

Cons:

The female staff member was unfriendly and seemed unwilling to help with our requests.
Very loud noise starting at 7 AM and continuing for hours, including hammering and sawing. There was little consideration for guests. Not much help with requests or needs. We were 4 people, but I had to sleep on the floor because no free mattress or alternative was offered. They wanted to charge 500 pesos per night for one. No fridge or kettle in the room. The bathroom and shower could be improved. The faucet was loose and unstable. There was no drinking water provided in the room.

Pros:

Staff was excellent and helpful, place is kept very clean, hot water available, free use of kitchen utensils, free coffee, drinking water. Good value for money, excellent for budget conscious travellers. Nice place overall.

Cons:

Road leading to the hotel is not paved and there were water puddles. It is tricky to navigate for anyone with mobility issues. Access to the beachfront had to be thru Best Western Hotel, which was a short walk.

Lugar que te hace sentir como en casa
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta. A 5 minutos de la playa. Habitación enorme, baño con mampara y camas muy cómodas. Tenía además un espacio con microondas y tostadora y para comer con todo lo necesario. Además, la habitación tenía un frigo pequeño.

Location was very nice. Not exactly on the beach, but very close to the beach.

Cons:

The rooms were not clean, there was even mold discovered in one of the bathrooms - this is not acceptable at all!

Chambre avec bon volume
Extérieur agréable
Très bien situé au cœur de la ville mais tout de même au calme. A 2 pas de la plage
Bon rapport qualité/prix

Cons:

Difficile à trouver nous n'avions pas internet donc on a longtemps cherché. Finalement, c'est la police touristique qui a pu nous aider.
La literie est pas top

מקום נהדר בהתחשב במחיר
אי אפשר להתלונן
היינו 4 בחדר עם 2 מיטות, החדרים נקיים, ניקו לנו את החדר כשביקשנו עם החלפת מצעים ומגבות
חדר מרווח מאוד
קרוב למרכז של אלונה ביץ
רק דבר קטנטן זה שהתעוררנו לשיפוצים פעמיים בבוקר אבל זה ממש היה בקטנה בהתחשב לכל מה שקיבלנו ושילמנו. תודה רבה על האירוח !
