Enjoyed our couple of nights stay. Food and drink reasonably priced and staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely boo
Pros:

In excellent location. Breakfast was very well prepared and served. Toilet in room needed some cleaning of grout in shower and ceiling this caused leak from shower basin.

Cons:

Parking a small problem but car park close bye.

Lovely stay
Pros:

The room was lovely and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were really friendly and the food was incredible, the free breakfast was a bonus. Will definitely book here again if we find ourselves in Peebles again.

Good value for room size, disappointed about the breakfast
Pros:

Great location, nice big room (room 3) huge bathroom. staff lovely

Cons:

Room was pretty cold, heating system very loud, unfortunately as it was winter we had to keep it on through the night. Breakfast chef didn’t turn up so no breakfast available next day, staff member offered us free lunch but we had to head home.
