Pulizia e tanti piccoli particolari che non danno il diritto di sfoggiare le 4 stelle .
Il giorno d'arrivato sono stato messo in una stanza che non era degna nemmeno di essere definita un tugurio.
A seguito di una mia lamentela sono stato spostato in una stanza che apparentemente era migliore ma nel complesso non coerente con l'offerta proposta

Nel complesso, altamente positivo.
Pros:

Colazione abbondante a buffet. Sale ampie e comode. Non manca privacy e possibilità di relax in hotel stesso. Personale premuroso e disponibile.

Cons:

Nella nostra camera il mini-frigo non era funzionante. In stagione estiva, tenere in fresco un po' d'acqua è importante. La cosa è stata comunque segnalata alla reception. Migliorerei la funzionalità delle porte d'ingresso alla struttura: essendo in legno, risentono dell'umidità e tendono a gonfiarsi rendendo più difficoltose l'apertura e le chiusura delle stesse.

Aspettative completamente deluse.
Pros:

La posizione della struttura, immersa nella natura, è perfetta per rilassarsi. È una struttura molto grande che avrebbe un bel potenziale da sfruttare.

Cons:

Purtroppo la pulizia, la colazione e sopratutto la camera ha lasciato molto a desiderare. In un stanza matrimoniale sono stati attaccati due materassi singoli, per di più di due altezze differenti, veramente scomodi infatti abbiamo dormito malissimo. Nel bagno era evidente che fosse stata fatta una pulizia sommaria, mentre la colazione c'era il prosciutto e formaggio palesemente andati a male, il caffè imbevibile e tutto il resto abbastanza discutibile.

Nelle stanze non ci sono i frigoriferi, sono su richiesta. Lo abbiamo richiesto, ma non l'hanno messo. Il ristorante è alla carta ed è caro, dovrebbero migliorare un po di cose.

Soggiorno piacevole ma ambienti e struttura da migliorare
Pros:

Siamo stati qui solo per una notte con due bambini piccoli e nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, staff gentile attento e simpatico soprattutto con i bambini.
Stanza pulita e confortevole abbiamo mangiato al ristorante alla sera: buono servizio veloce e preciso, accoglienti con i bambini ,forse un po' caro ma nel complesso esperienza positiva.

La struttura non sarebbe male
A disposizione ci sono spazi esterni con piscina, ma nel complesso appare tutto abbastanza trascurato: la piscina non era pulitissima e l'acqua era fredda e anche gli esterni erano un po' in decadenza , come alcuni ambienti interni.
