Struttura molto accogliente, ambiente familiare, personale molto disponibile. Stanze confortevoli, poca rumorosità dal traffico. Colazione di ottima qualità, buffet non esagerato ma continuamente rifornito appena finiva qualcosa.
Soddisfatti oltre le aspettative iniziali.

Cons:

Di primo acchitto non sono riuscito a vedere bene l'ingresso della struttura, non è molto appariscente.

Cons:

Machte einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Der eigenartige Geruch, der uns beim Empfang erwartete, das Durcheinander, das Zuviel- Von-Allem hat uns bereits beim Weggehen Richtung Stadt bewogen, auf das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen zu verzichten, auch wenn’s inkludiert war. Auch im Zimmer war’s muffig. Man hätte vor der Ankunft der Gäste mindestens kurz lüften können. Das Bett war okay.

Sono stata benissimo all'albergo le Rose! Lo staff é fantastico, la colazione spettacolare, il letto era comodissimo. Se passo per Pistoia tornerò sicuramente!

Accoglienza impagabile!!!
Pros:

L’accoglienza ricevuta all’albergo Le Rose è stata la miglior accoglienza mai ricevuta prima! Lo staff è semplicemente meraviglioso e Luna dà sicuramente un gran contributo a questo! Colazione ottima e con molta scelta. La posizione dell’hotel è buona soprattutto perché ha il parcheggio riservato.
Sarà sempre il nostro posto a Pistoia d’ora in poi!

Some of the fixtures and fittings were a bit dated but everything was very clean. A pleasant walk into town but that may be a bit far for some.
