Description from booking.com says there is parking available. I book and pay.
After a long 6 hour drive, I arrive and park my car. They say: a) to park car you pay extra

A comfortable and pleasant stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel, just a short walk from the city centre. My room was spacious, spotless, and wonderfully quiet, with a balcony and a pleasantly warm feel. There was a kettle and well-stocked mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was delicious and prepared for me on order. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. Don’t overpay for Airbnb. This place has got it all!

Cons:

Поради всеизвестно стистнатост на г-н Фратев, който, ако би могъл би произвеждал боя с пикня, въпреки излъскания си фалшив имидж, хотела има следните особености.
- няма денонощна рецепция, неудобствата са,че ако пристигаш след 21 ч. с резервация или не оставаш отвън.
- няма паркинг, ако искаш такъв плащаш допълнително, в противен случай търсиш място по хълмовете и мъкнеш багаж на ръка.
- входа на хотела не е свободен, а е като трезор, (може и други сравнения),трябва да ти отворят вратата автоматично отвътре и ти да стоиш на студа отвън докато се появи някой на рецепция.

Отличный семейный отель прямо напротив памятника Алеше и в 10 минутах ходьбы от центра Пловдива.
Pros:

Небольшой семейный отель. Прекрасное расположение, 10 минут пешком до центра. Большие чистые комнаты, вкусный завтрак, приветливый персонал. Нам очень понравилось, обязательно вернёмся ещё раз!

Cons:

Ресторан работает только для завтраков.

Добра локация. Удобства в стаята, поставени с умисъл как ще се използват. Срещу хотела има денонощен магазин. Близо до центъра. Близо до автобусни спирки.

Great stay!
Pros:

Very close to the main attractions, rooms are spacious, gives a classic feel and clean

The staff almost gave us a different room, which is a honest mistake but have to be careful because as it would have been unfair for the guests
