Pros:

Това място изобщо не заслужава да се нарича хотел! Никога не съм попадала на толкова мръсно място и толкова некомпетентен персонал. Хигиената е буквално нула. В стаята имаше прах навсякъде, а когато си изпуснах шнолата и погледнах под спалнята, останах шокирана – един тон прах и забравен гланц, който очевидно стоеше там от незнайно кога. Това ясно показва, че под леглата не се почиства с месеци. Шнолата ми веднага отиде в кошчето, защото след като попадна в тази мръсотия, нямаше как да я използвам отново.
Чашите, оставени в стаята, бяха покрити с прах и целите в петна. Очевидно не бяха измити или подменяни от много време. Банята беше в отвратително състояние – мръсни фуги, пожълтели участъци и усещане за пълна липса на каквато и да е хигиена. Казанчето на тоалетната беше развалено и едва успявахме да го пускаме. Терасата също беше мръсна и неподдържана.
За капак на всичко, басейнът се заплаща допълнително – по 10 евро на човек, въпреки че вече си гост на хотела. А когато попитахме за допълнителни кърпи за басейна, отношението беше изключително грубо. Отговорът беше: „Нали знаехте, че ще ходите на басейн, защо не си взехте кърпи от вас?“ Подобно отношение към хора, които са платили както за престоя си, така и допълнително за басейна, е абсолютно недопустимо. Във фоайето охранителят спеше на дивана до входа и вечер гледката е повече от стряскаща. Персоналът е изключително груб, незаинтересован и напълно некомпетентен. Създава се впечатлението, че за тях важи единствено мотото: „Нека веднъж да се излъжат да дойдат, дали ще се върнат – няма значение.“
Снимките говорят сами за себе си – прах под леглата, занемарена баня и липса на елементарна хигиена. Това не е хотел, а огромно разочарование. За съжаление, красивите снимки в интернет нямат нищо общо с реалността. Не препоръчвам на абсолютно никого да си дава парите за подобно отношение и подобни условия. Не заслужават дори една.

Pros:

L'accueil et la serviabilité du personnel, tous étaient OK. Bon emplacement au calme, entouré de verdure, très bonne cuisine au restaurant. Suite A3 très spacieuse.

Cons:

Ne pas avoir reçu la suite avec Terrasse réservée mais uniquement une suite. (motif: une fête avait lieu la première nuit à proximité de la Suite réservé). Juste la première nuit..........pas les trois.
La salle de bains avec douche, WC, et lavabo ensemble avec l'évacuation des eaux de douche au milieu de la salle de bains. J'apprécie pas trop de patauger dans les eaux usée et savonneuse pas encore évacuées lorsque je vais aux toilettes.
Pour Info j'étais dans la Suite A3.
La bouilloire et d'autre articles annoncés n'y étaient pas. Avons tout de même reçu un sèche cheveux à la réception (Merci)

The hotel was clean.

Cons:

1. There is no drain in the shower cabin. The water runs all over the bathroom and drains into a drain next to the toilet. So the bathroom turns into a lake...
2. For 4 people, we received 3 tiny sachets of shampoo. There is no shower gel. Luckily I had some in my luggage.
3. There is no hairdryer in the room, you have to ask at the reception.
4. There are no bathrobes.
5. A man who seemed to be the boss spoke so loudly and scoldingly that his voice could be heard from the restaurant to the rooms....
7. Breakfast is not continental. Ours consisted of a platter of cold cuts, boiled eggs, jam, butter, fresh vegetables, coffee, tea or milk. At the table next to us they had received a much more diverse breakfast with omelettes, mini pizza, jam etc. The difference in breakfast between the guests was embarrassing...

Temizlik durumu normalin altındaydı. 4 gece kaldık, odadaki çöpler sadece 1 kez alındı. Odayı karıncalar bastı. Duşa kabin su sızdırıyordu. Ücretli kahvaltı aldık, vasattı. Yatakları duzeltmiyorlardı. En büyük sorun, bazı günler otelde sadece 1 personel çalışması idi. Aynı personel Hem resepsiyona bakıyor hem de bazen temizlik yapıyordu. Bu da otel yönetiminden kaynaklı olsa gerek

Butik Otel Candır.
Pros:

Yeri çok güzel, Yemekler lezzetli ve doyurucu. Havuzu ve açık alanları da var ama bizim bulunduğumuz dönem kışa denk geldiği için kapalıydı. Güzel butik bir tesis. Bu arada biraları stella baya güzelmiş.
