beyond dirty
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The room is beyond dirty. It's disgusting. The bathroom will make you vomit. And people had smoked in the room. The smoke was soaked into the bed sheets. Believe me, I have slept in many places, including youth hostels in Southeast Asia, bunk beds, and dorms with 8+ people. But I've never seen such a disgusting place. I slept one night, and the second night I left. I asked for my money back, but lady didn't give me anything.

Pros:

The receptionist- Victoria. The girl was super nice and she had a birthday, so she gave us some chocolate for her celebrations 🥰

Cons:

The drain is blocked and all night long the bathroom was filled with water up to the ankles and water came out into the room through the door.
They asked me 10 BGN for the dog, which was not described in the description on booking.com.
There is no bin.
There is limestone all over the bathroom, including the super limescale-contaminated faucets.
There is no toilet paper, and after 8 p.m. there is no one to look for.
The shower holder could not stand upright.
The pillow has a hole from a cigarette.
There is no parking in the center of Plovdiv.
At least the beds were comfortable and the sheets clean.
The worst hotel I have ever visited!
